PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED.
- Parents or guardians should get information from the authorized personel in the office but not outside.
- All documents concerning the Organization must be processed in the office.
- Bursary forms must be renewed annually.
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Affiliate school lists and tertiary institutions are issued out freely.
- All school fees/partial fee must be paid in the bank to the organization's account.
- Partial fee "must be" paid first before the organization pays the balance.
- Photo copies of school reports must be handed in the office at every end of the term.
- Parents should always attend organization meetings and seminars whenever informed.
- The Organization pays school fees to only affiliated schools and institutions.
- The Organization pays school fees to only boarding students.
- Any change of school must be communicated immediately to the organization with the new Bank account and the reasons why the change is being done.
- The bursary form is valid only if it bears the original stamp of the Organization.
- False information may lead to disqualification of a bursary.
- Students on full bursaries must maintain their academic performance otherwise, poor performance can lead to disqualification.
